By accessing and using the services of NV Diabetes & Healthcare and NV Diagnostic Laboratory, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Medical Services
- All medical consultations are subject to doctor availability
- Test results are provided for informational purposes and require medical interpretation
- Emergency services are not provided; please call 108 for emergencies
Appointments and Bookings
- Appointments are subject to confirmation
- Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours in advance
- Home collection services are subject to area availability
Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
We provide medical and diagnostic services with reasonable care and skill. However, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
